Longs control the float and are in the position to drive the price back up $0.004 level. After that its pretty much blue skies. CE Marking news is coming.
Just with a PR officially stating a resolution of DTC issues, the PPS will head back towards $0.002 (which is now resistance). It's hard to believe this will be a strong resistance level though because tens of millions (if not hundreds of millions) were purchased in that range.
These $0.002 buyers are obviously very strong investors and have held through the threat of a Lock.
On the flip side, any weak hands have been eliminated because of the threat of the Lock. Ask side should be thin back up to the $0.004 level (where again millions of shares were purchased).
