Damn...  i remember how happy and excited i was reading this info.  What the F happened?   Bait and switch or just a horrible set of events one after another where this plan fell apart?   I will stay invested in this company until the end.   Just want to see the GD shares retired and the ticker change.    Dream a little Dream.   PNCH
