td-ameritrade. 10/trade, no fees outside of that and free Level II through their Trade Architect. and they have good security....when I sold some shares in another stock to buy my first penny a couple years ago, their security stopped the trade, called me and asked if it was actually me. I had a very funny conversation with them and assured them that yes, it was me being a mildly irresponsible gambler with my money.
