Other than the fact that SRGE owns the mining properties that BGL disputed with MSJ, none really. That's why we have all the bashers on the boards trying to keep the price low so that they can maybe try and cover when news comes out. Also so that if SRGE is driven into the ground that maybe MSJ will go to BGL cap in hand and say hey guys ..... we'll just give the mining properties to you for free even though you don't read or honour your contracts!
