Who would want to sell now anyway?  Wouldn't it be wise to at least wait until 2014 and avoid capital gains tax?  Perhaps if youi're flipping for enough $ it's not a big deal but can someone help me understand this?  I will be holding strong for huge gains here, no plans to sell anytime soon.
