Individual state regulated markets in cannabinoids pose severe threats to the Big Pharma business model. The giants that make up "Big Pharma" have the most to lose and therefore benefit most by crushing promising MMJ companies like SK3. I believe Big Pharma is funding, in large part, the war on SK3 -- ten months of never ending assault on every conceivable aspect of the company, its business, and its management. Wars of that duration and intensity require sufficient reason and money to sustain them.
