True about the idea of forward splits if the R/S does occur. The O/S suggested by the r/s makes this stock illiquid and un- tradable and thusly highly undesirable. The CEO would have to be deceiving everyone with this tact as the alternative is that the CEO is just a rank amateur and a complete moron. He may not in fact be very clever but I'm more on the side of him being deceitful than him being just a clueless moron.
