I watched it happen in real time with AAP-H It was well on it's way to .10+ when they finalized their magna/hanover deal. They didn't wanna pay that price for shares under draw down notice, agreement. Next thing ya know bashers came pouring in, and there were 5 failure to delivers. Clear evidence of naked shorting. Once the draw down process was complete, those same bashers either left or started supporting the play as a technical rally. Likely so magna can sell their new shares that they got for sub pennies at a premium.
I have no doubt that the rapid decline in CERP is manipulated by magna/hanover. It's dirty business.
