I agree Spiceman. I think it might be a pretty good deal for shareholders.  Otherwise, I don't think Peter Meier would be telegraphing the idea to us days or weeks in advance.  But we will have to see what is offered to be certain.  Just the idea that shareholders will be in control of the share structure seems incredible for a pink sheet company.
