That does not appear to be what Meier is talking about Spiceman.  He said it was an "offer," and that suggests shareholders will have a choice.  The result of this choice will be a lower share structure without a reverse split.  I don't know what he has in mind, but the offer sounds like it is something we will be hearing about soon.
