HIMR*fan, I suggest a better question might be to ask what kind of offer the company might make to shareholders to entice them to convert their current and future shares to a form of ownership in the company.  This is what Peter seemed to suggest in his letter to shareholders, and indicated this could be possible very soon.  The Class C restructure appears to be done already but not yet PRed.  The increased ownership and percentage of the Bayano Lake Wood Products company must happen by the end of this month (just two trading days away), and additional advance orders appear to be on the way.
