Insiders--officers and board members--are negotiating with Novamex to receive shares from Novamex. As long as Novamex is involved as a shareholder and the assets and the Company are controlled by the Mexicans/Novamex, there is no way in hell they will allow this to fail. Before that happened, they will move the assets elsewhere and all shareholders will go along with the Mexicans because Novamex is a shareholder. Understand?"
