I'm guessing that since stock shares are involved in the legal matters, a resolution will become part of any efforts made by Brad to end the global lock, simply to prove to the PTB that "hey, it's not us, so let's get back to business."  Besides, there's still the chill issue that preceded the lock that remains to be settled.  So there will be no divvy, etc. until shares trade freely.  Certainly from a PPS impact perspective, it would be nice to be trading normally BEFORE releasing good news, otherwise new investors or reinvigorated old ones are helpless.  JMO.
