If they delete anything else of yours that you feel they shouldnt tell them that you are in direct contact with the SE C investigator and if they interfere with your first amendment rights, you will report them personally (giving their name and a link to their profile) to the SE C - works each time I threaten them with it.
By the way, I do have the direct phone number and email of the SE C investigator. Seriously, I do. I spoke to them yesterday.
I specifically asked the investigator this exact question yesterday when I called saying we note the the business description has been updated on Bloomberg and Yahoo. All they'd say was I cannot confirm or deny anything or discuss anything about an ongoing investigation (words to that effect) polite but courteous.
I like calling people like that up. Sometimes they let something slip on the phone, if you can catch them out quick enough! lol The first time I spoke to then they confirmed they know or have heard of certain bashers who post on ihub!
