I specifically asked the investigator this exact question yesterday when I called saying we note the the business description has been updated on Bloomberg and Yahoo. All they'd say was I cannot confirm or deny anything or discuss anything about an ongoing investigation (words to that effect) polite but courteous. 

I like calling people like that up. Sometimes they let something slip on the phone, if you can catch them out quick enough! lol
