If Novamex ever wanted to to do business, borrow money or get a mining permit in Mexico again and didn't look after SRGE shareholders, they'd never do any business ever again.

Is it not the case that they would have had to provide them with some documentation maybe? Possibly? Perhaps? showing the change had taken place? I'm just guessing, or wondering about that?
