But if the stock company shares are bought out at say $3.00 and the NSS shorted at $.002, then would it not look very good on the NSS balance sheet? Wouldn't that no cover or no Regulation SHO close-out requirement as you say Germany has only work as long as the price keeps going down or bankruptcy and not going up in price?
