So it looks like Mexinan law is set up such that Novamex only and not SRGE could own cinco minas and gran cabrera. It makes sense now as to why MSJ never transferred or tried to transfer the titles into SRGE's name.

NO WONDER BGL WAS REFUSED WHEN THEY TRIED TO TRSNSFER THE CONCESSION TITLES INTO THEIR OWN NAME IN 2011.MEXICAN LAW PROHIBITS THIS.

So all SRGEE could be was the beneficial owner of the trust. Well it does indeed seem that the price was being kept low so that Novamex could exercise its right under the original sale document. Next question where did the original purchase funds come from?

Next question, if no foreign company can own a Mexican company, then to register a sale with the Mexican Government all that needs to happen is for the trust deed to be ammended as to who the beneficial owner of the trust is.

Now we need purchase details and nect steps.
