I suspect at this point that the potential of a Global Lock is a non-issue/has been resolved.
20 business days have passed and the stock is still trading.
If the company was granted a 20 day extension, I believe there would be a corresponding Disclosure to shareholders and there hasn't been one.
My guess is the company will release a PR sometime after Jan 1st (after any selling off for tax purposes).
A correction is coming.
