The problem for the shorts is MSJ actually have valuable assets likely worth $billions that they acquired from SRGE.  This is not like a start up pink stock with no assets.

Novamex Mineral SA controls Southridge Enterprises, Inc. (SRGE) lock stock and barrel now via Holding Company status as yesterday's information stated Southridge Enterprises is a subsidiary of Novamex Mineral SA.  IMO, Southridge shares will transfer into Novamex, then SRGE will dissolve.  But, as you suggest, we will see the worth of our shares and I think either via a buyout, divvy, or a new listing via Novamex with possibly MSJ assets.
