Looking back at previous newsletters writtings about Q3 10-K filings.
Nov. 18, 5 day extension granted," company moving quickly", release close to Nov. 19 deadline, first round of edits returned.
Nov. 25, Company "unfortunately missed target deadline", company in third round of edits and making "tremendous progress", company project filing" first two weeks of Dec."
Dec.9, third round of filing on "accelerated filing track", company expects filing by"end of year", company" playing catch up" more or less with filing dates.
Dec.16, Company continues to work on Q3 10K filings and has "ETA sometime before end of year."
