InfoSonics Corporation (Nasdaq:IFON), a designer, manufacturer and provider of wireless handsets and related products, announced on Wednesday the signing of an non-exclusive distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Mobility, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ingram Micro Inc (NYSE:IM), under which Ingram Micro Mobility will distribute InfoSonics verykool phones in the US.
This agreement, financial details of which were not available, is expected to give InfoSonics access to Ingram Micro Mobility"s vast distribution network to carriers, retail and on-line customer channels.
Also, now Ingram Micro Mobility will be able to expand its product offerings to include the verykool family of competitively priced products.
