One would assume if true, they have advised the SEC of the material event of Novamex Mineral SA now controlling our shell (Southridge Enterprises, Inc.).  They also appear to have done the right thing by advising the shareholders via the latest media we read today.  Just like they said they did concerning Kinross.  But the shorts will try to kill any deal like they did Kinross with likely threats, etc.  I suspect our shares may already have been transferred to controlling entity Novamex who is based in Mexico.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a delisting soon.
