take a gander at what they actually *reported* re: *legal* short info ..
it's beyond amusing how those of us with a sweet CB (cost basis) cause we selectively added JBII at various price points .. never whine
so let's see if the 3rd cycle re: threshold being triggered comes to pass b4 the co. files their next 8k (imo odds favor financing) .. PROs got PROBs
