This has huge significance in my view. It could possibly mean this - that the shares that Novamex needed to buy to  exercise its original option were indeed being bought by them over this year. It could also mean that they now have control of SRGE. It could also mean that they are about to make a move to the next stage of their plans.

SOMEONE PAID FOR THIS DOCUMENT TO BE RELEASED TODAY ON PURPOSE. IT'S ONE YEAR TO THE DAY THAT SRGE WAS SUSPENDED. IT'S NOT A COINCIDENCE THAT THIS DOCUMENT WAS RELEASED TODAY!
