I was told by the company that the initial numbers were X and then, after a few days, the flow increased a bit (X + Y). What was said is that if they state the initial production at X, they cannot pump more than X bpd so they decided to wait a while and see what it settles out to be. Of course, that was a week or so back, so something should be announced by now.
