Agios less than 1/2 way to Balboa-not on Balboas radar on sites I use yet-not likely CWRN's ore- does Panama import iron? dont know cargo for sure-
hoping that whatever modifications Brad felt were needed to permits-if indeed thats what hes been doing -extrapolating from limited info and knowing how things work-that such will be effective in Jan
how things work-the complicated everchanging permit requirements designed to block illegal mines- because Mexico cannot even control its own S mainland territory where vast majority of illegal mines, including probably all illegal iron mines, are, w boots on the ground- usually take of late at least 2-3 months, probably sometimes more, to satisfy all the audits etc -see 6-25-12 PR etc- -
given transitional issues Brad may not have started any permit modification process for some time-has never done export permits to our knowledge-and so far govt policy has been that permits sunset every dec 31-except were cancelled early in 2011 just prior to CWRN's 12-21-11 planned ship- see 6-25-12 PR and bingo's posts
so if new permits or modifications were obtained late in the year, the co may wish to apply such to the 2014 year rather than having to go thru the whole process again after jan 8 or so, when the govt comes back from its 2 week Christmas vacation
also takes govt several weeks to post permits etc, which bashers always take advantage of -just the way they do things in mexico
