THC is fat soluble. Opiates are fat soluble. A reason for addiction is due to this factor. A level of opiates is maintained in the bloodstream. Therefore a higher dose is needed to be able to feel the new high and hence pain relief. Based on the fact THC is fat soluble (hair tests require 6 months of non usage), how is it that THC is non addictive?
Wow. Didn't know MMJ could be used for ALS, a CNS neurodegenerative disease. See BCLI and other stem cell regenerative techs. To truely reverse ALS, not only does one need to regenerate a nerve but also need to be able to release Neurotrophic growth factors via Astrocytes (supports nerve regeneration, without which a nerve would not sustain itself). How does MMJ do this regeneration?
