A better question is how low will TECO allow the PPS to go before filing much improved financials, completing milestones per self-imposed schedules, etc. TECO allows or builds the platform for shorters to short and TECO provides the reasons for shareholders to sell. TECO provides the doubt for prospective buyers to hesitate. You used the word "THEY" but "they" is TECO!
