let the festivities begin!!  i got a hind quarter of venison roasting on the wood stove. will be done about 4 pm tomorrow!!. (thats a 10 lb chunk o meat) any of you guys wanna come to middle of nowhere western ny (population 99 in the summer) and ill gladly share it with ya!  merry Christmas all
