If someone dumped today they ate very foolish! IMO ICPA will pps will increase far north of .0074.. I guess someone who bought those shares understand what ICPA stock will be come next march.. Maybe instead of looking for a fast buck they should of listen to Steve when he said long holder here will be rewarded. I hope the pps stays where it is for 2 more weeks so i can grab about 2 to 3 million more shares..
