BETA males and BETA females need not apply. Being a nice guy or gal to warn investors plays up to one of the oldest adages in life that "nice guys finish last". Sorry but that's a fact of life. If you're that guy or gal, then that explains much about the state of your lives (eg. Not getting the job or promotion you wanted, not getting hot women, always being a pushover or doormat, always too shy or awkward to make conversation with people, etc). Nice guys get no respect in the investment community. As a value investor, buying distressed stocks at bargain prices does not get any better than this.
