I'm betting not even close - possible exscuses - weather, drilling partner couldn't schedule, local contractors not available, equipment down for maintenance, Didn't put 5 wells on Santa's wish list, reindeers overran the job site causing delay, Jack frost caused icy conditions..... the list goes on and on but nothing ever really changes
