I feel that this confirms what we already knew or expected; but if they are fine with this kind of communication, I'm curious how PRs and 8-Ks will be affected by Belize's bond issues. I believe Belize remained hopeful of an agreement by year-end, but perhaps we wont have to wait that long for TECO updates?
