I don't think anyone can answer that. I can tell you that the pps is very undervalued in relation to earnings right now. I wouldn't average down with the sole purpose being to lower your average pps. You should only ever invest if you are comfortable with the risk. Having said that, I bought more when it dipped into the low .03's because I see bright things in store for EWSI. If/when I get more available funds I will continue to buy at these levels.
