There could still be frontloading going on for the promo. Common sense tells you that EVDR didnt order up a promo that cost 220k so thy could sell 100 million in shares at 0.0004. I believe that we will see news soon, probably late afternoon. Came this far, lets give it a few days and see what shakes out before we push the panic button.
