Well he (he just puts chicks on his avatar) just follows the chart. He hasnt been accurate all the time but he can read when the chart is going to start turning around. Chart technicals in pennies arent that reliable, indicators give a little more hints about the trend but this time he was looking at what i been seeing lately also: Accumulation since below .0060 and chart bottoming out in the 40's. Float is close to locked up imo
