You hit the nail on the wall Gaboy47, as I would gander to say I've been in this as long as the others, so I term myself being in this "long-term" already which is why I have asked, when's it moving up to the level I thought we would be at already?  

I think when I ask that, it is justified.  Don't deserve my questions being battered and viewed as negative --- long-term has already hit some time ago.  Not being negative -- just real.
