Expect is not quite the right word, but after seeing that Friday PR I like to postulate that there must be a line-up of PR's awaiting release and Monday is next.  IRB likely met to discuss dosing escalation - news of a healthy increase in Kevetrin dose would be excellent.  News that Univ. of Bologna has scheduled their first administration of a similar dose could follow.  The Prurisol patent being awarded - this seems to have fallen off peoples' radar, that would be an epic PR... lots of potential others, pick one.
