If you follow his PR's and updates, you would know that he was not releasing the 10k until auditors review.  So many folks are slamming Tom for not holding up his end but he clearly states on all occasions that he will not release info until objectives are achieved.  Some folks need to give him a break.  Running a company can't be dictated by every else's druthers.

Keep the faith.  Tom will come through and then you'll party hearty.
