Hey bells, can you take a glimpse at their old filings back in 2011 and 2012, i think that note was made when the pps was much much higher during the old company, our lower pps Could also be why it exploded into 170m. I looked back at it but Im not good with that stuff but maybe you can find some clue there. I feel there was some conversion in that loan
