EWSI is indeed fully audited. See Item 14 on the 2012 10-K.
They paid Sadler 18K to get the 2010/2011 numbers squared away, and they paid them 25K for the 2012 10-K audit. I bet it's a bit more for 2013!!
It's easy to DD. Maybe folks here will understand the frustration of IHUB EWSI longs when they arrive on this forum and vent a bit. (LOL) It's needed...
