Hollund did but back (at no cost) and retire some 1.3 billion shares solaking, but I am not certain this required HIMR shares to be at the current price.  If Hollund is currently buying back shares, then this would require some revenue in my opinion.  I don't know why this share price is important for the time being.  Perhaps someone or some company is accumulating, and wishes to do so at the lowest possible price.  Just a guess on my part.
