Says here BGL lost the Mexican SUPREME Court case for the Cinco property on 8/17/11. Why would anyone in their right mind believe there is life at the end of the SUPREME court? And to make matters worse, it is my understanding that BGL has been banned from entering Mexico until the SRGE/MSJ concession contract expires maybe 50 years down the road?
