10Q's are unaudited and only the 10K at the end of the year is audited.
EWSI is fully reporting from the beginning because they know the requirements that are needed to uplist to the Big Boards and that was their focus from the beginning. IMO
2013 the revenue turnaround year, 2014 the cash flow positive year and 2015 the Big Board year. IMO
