What are the rules to investorhangout for discussing PMs from other members of investorhangout if someone is PMing with fictitious DD to try to infiltrate the board and bash from behind the curtain by saying that they have "discovered something" (yet they get the name and industry wrong)?

for example, if someone was sending people PMs warning members of this board about EWSI and they were using false DD (because guy, I can read and you got the name and industry wrong) in order to make people believe that EWSI was a scam and you get the feeling they will be PMing other members here as well and you need to write and prove how ridiculous their fictitious DD is? the kind of fabrication that assumes that the recipient of the PM has never read the SEC filings, press releases and never researched the acquired company?

any advice?
