Amazing, sobering, display by market forces on how to TEMPORARILY decimate an otcbb stock with 100% qtr over qtr revenues. All this while creating a GLOBAL FOOTPRINT in a very lucrative and necessary industry. The "massive dilution" accusation equaled 16 mm shares or so out of 260 million outstanding to acquire these assets. I tip my hat to the dark forces that conspired to effect a 50% share price reduction through a concerted effort. To those that were compelled to sell by these tactics...my condolences...
The term "individual investor" will soon be passe if this is allowed to continue under the surveilance of the ever vigilant SEC. And that includes the groups that artificially induce unsustainable increases, as well as those that work the "other" side.
After reading some responses elsewhere, I am aware that I used the OS instead of the float, but the point is the same...there WAS NOT massive dilution recently...
