With any luck rdkl18, you might school all of us about the pinks some day.  At one time this was the place to find budding companies with massive potential.  HIMR might be just such a company.  However the regulations imposed make it difficult to operate a pink sheet company without screwing over shareholders.  The inability to obtain funding without paying exorbitant interest is a case in point.  Typically, this forces companies to dilute shareholder equity and then forces them to R/S to gain back investor interest after screwing them over in the first place.  For some reason, our lawmakers and regulators don't seem to mind this situation at all.
