I don't see any evidence Panama is a bad place to do business in rdkl18.  I am certain one can find corruption down there, but one only need look at our current Administration to see corruption right here and right now.  I would bet one could find corruption in every single government anywhere in the world regardless of political affiliation.

From what I am reading about Panama, it appears the country embraces business much like our own country once did around the turn of the century.  Good news.
