EWSI action on the ask is now all flippers IMO.  Take em out early and we move up quickly.  S-8 selling may in fact be over notwithstanding tiny blocks on the way up.  Issue closed strong yesterday and needs follow through today for confirmation.  A move into the mid 04s on bullish volume would close out the week on a stellar note and would confirm a reversal.
